The girl handed me my drink spilling, lid not on, no apology no nothing, common sense says “say sorry offer napkins” this girl closed the window as I’m saying “hello, excuse me!” Our cheese sticks were old and cold! It’s like 3 minutes to fry them!! Absolute terrible service and food!! View all feedback.
Every single item we ordered was cold. Not even luke warm. Even the burgers that were ordered plain were cold. I called the store immediately after leaving the drive up. The young man hung up on me. I wrote to the corporate office the minute i got home. Never again.
Not very happy can't even get a hot jr bacon cheese burger. You could tell the cheese wasn't even melted.
My family frequents this location from time to time. During the day, things seem to be about a 4 star experience overall. But at night, the employees are constantly yelling and messing around, the food seems to be older than it should be, and there's almost always loud bass coming from the back that overpowers the speakers up front. Cleanliness is .. fine. But the night staff seem to only care about showing up and going home. The job isn't their first priority.
The food was very gross. I don't know why I had a poor experience here. Today the tables were dirty and the staff did not move very fast.
Worst customer service ever. Waited in line at drive thru while other lane kept moving didn't even get a hold on or hello. Got food said thank u and got window shut on us and burgers were cold and had mustard when i asked for none. Never going there again. Would drive across town to different burger King before east 26th ever gets another dime.
