What marydick doesn't like about Burger King:
We ordered 2 Burgers and a Diet Coke. There were no cars in the parking lot, and 2 car behind us in drive up. First, they were out of CO2- no fountain drinks with fizz… both burgers were cold with waxy cheese and crusty buns. Cold old burgers, water which took 10 minutes in line. Ridiculous! I went through the drive through to get my breakfast and coffee. The coffee was handed to me by a young man that didn’t appear to be 14 years old. The lid was hanging off the edge of the cup, which I noticed, fixed, then as I went to put it in my cup holder, the soggy cup and lid collapsed again. HOT black coffee all over my lap, seats, INSIDE my center console. I pulled off after getting my food and pulled the soaked items out of my vehicle so I could mop up. The manager came outside and said “you’re going to clean that stuff up, right?” I was livid. Of course I did clean it up. I got home and my sandwich was so greasy and soggy it was as if they tried to fry it in cold oil. I will NEVER be returning to another Burger King.
First off, I placed a mobile order. The last 3 orders have been wrong. No pickles, stuff had pickles...extra patties, didn 't have extra patties. ETC. Haven 't been here for a few months because of the poor service and wrong orders. Figured I would give them a chance tonight to redeem themselves. Boy, was I wrong to do that. 4 whopper jrs all with extra patties. It says it right on the receipt. It says right on the board that people read when they make them. Once again, this location didn 't make the product like they were supposed to. So I call. I get Gene, the wonderful manager. Immediately, when I say the order , he gets attitude with me...same attitude he gets when I give the name at the drive thru for the orders. So I gave him attitude back, matching his energy. Evidently, I triggered him when I mentioned its simple reading comprehension. I get the I have alot of new people excuse. Know what? So do alot of other places. If they are messing up that much, it is normally a testament of management and training, which seems to be lacking. I will NEVER EVER use this location again. Well, unless I get a call and they tell me Gene is employed elsewhere.
I live only a couple blocks from Burger King they've gotten my order wrong three times I've asked for hot onion rings they're my favorite I asked for a medium I got a small I've gone there with my girlfriend cuz she lives close too and they have screwed up our order so bad I don't know how you've hired the help you have it's
Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for two sandwiches tonight. 3 people in front of us when we first arrived, the lobby was empty. the employee at the window didn't say a word to us. absolutely
