We ordered brisket and pulled pork. If you're looking for a good quantity of pulled pork, be aware that they sell whole pork butts at a lower price. If you're interested in sausage, make sure to call a day in advance. Their smoked sausage in breakfast eggs is a fantastic way to kick off your day. The sauce is tasty and not overly sweet. Keep in mind that they only stay open until they sell out, so it's best to go early. They have indoor seating that can accommodate a decent lunch crowd. Definitely stop by if you're in the mood for a great brisket sandwich!

However, I was taken... read more I understand that BBQ places sometimes run out of certain items, so I wasn't too surprised when I noticed some items might be unavailable. However, I was taken aback when I arrived for a late lunch at 3 PM and saw a 'closed' sign on the door. Fortunately, the owner was inside and kindly waved me in. He mentioned he had a small amount of pulled pork left and made me a sandwich. It was really delicious, and the sauces were excellent. I was very impressed with his level of service, and I definitely plan to return when he has a fuller stock.

The food is fresh and offers a wide variety of wood-fired barbecue meats, including pork, chicken, sausages, and more. There are also drinks and side dishes available. The communal setting fosters a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy some fantastic food. The hosts are attentive, friendly, and welcoming. You can't go wrong with a lunch here!

It... read more We initially went for the brisket, but unfortunately, it was sold out by the time we arrived late in the evening, so we decided to try the prime rib instead. It was absolutely delicious! The smoky flavor around the edge was so enjoyable that I made sure to savor every last bite. The side dishes were homemade and incredibly tasty as well. My son recently bought a smoker and had a few questions; the owner of Big Red BBQ kindly took the time to explain how to achieve great results and shared some helpful tips. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I hope you do too!

The buffet is absolutely delicious, featuring pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ chicken, sausages, pork belly, a variety of sides, and desserts. This is my favorite buffet in Sioux Falls. I've also ordered for a large gathering in the past, and they did an excellent job assisting with the ordering process and had everything prepared perfectly for pickup.
