Arby's - Sioux Falls

Always good on the sandwiches but never get hot fries ...

I walked in and the place was spotless clean floors clean bathrooms and soap in the dispenser the good kind to I had the BLT it's the best second to none it was 9pm I was very impressed..

I had a wonderful experience at this location tonight! Unfortunately, my card was declined, and I didn’t have any other form of payment. However, Robert was incredible and assisted me with my order. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish! I won’t be dining at any other Arby’s in Sioux Falls. Excellent job, everyone! You have a fantastic team! Keep up the great work!

The customer service was exceptional. I suspect there were only 2 or 3 staff members working tonight, but they managed everything wonderfully! The gentleman who took my order was incredibly friendly, and I will definitely be returning more frequently. I had the cheese and beef sandwich, which was delicious as always.

We were really grateful that indoor dining was available again. The food was as delicious as ever. It was wonderful to see smiling staff, and we even rang the bell!
