Wendy's - Sioux City

We ate at Wendy's in Sioux City on Hamilton Boulevard and I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was cold

Got a #8 large with a large strawberry lemonade the fries tasted like they sat forever and weren’t warm. We waited a good 20 minutes and they almost forgot to hand me the rest of the food that I ordered.

Since I have been losing weight I have been eating a lot of Wendy's salads. Depending on the location some have more brown lettuce than others. I find that this location has the least amount of brown in town. I consider this quite profound and for this reason I think I will stick around.

Love how I can get here for my lunch break so quick but service is horrible. I always pay with Apple Pay and never fails with the rudeness when the woman at the pay window realizes I’m doing Apple Pay. The look on her face when she has to grab the machine so I can utilize my Apple Pay is insane. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable with my payment option. Just don’t take Apple Pay as a payment option if it’s such a workout for you.

Was just here a few minutes ago with my mom and ordered food in drive thru guy taking order never told us how much then get to the window he talked like he didn't want to be there. Was very rude no thank you nothing. Just told the price and that was it. My mom said thank you and have a good night and he just shut the window. I would suggest finding another Wendy's to go to that has good customer service.
