Love Scooters, but the speed of service is often way too slow. This is mostly true in the mornings. You can see your drinks sitting there ready to go, but they may be short staffed and take a minute or two to come to the window. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Scooter's Coffee:
Yeah, the usual with these shops. It's all proud. The articles are good, but much too expensive. They call it price. With all the extra money they really have to invest in better coffee cups. Seriously, though the cups are so bad. Every time we order coffee or some hot there the floors are soaked through the cup that it produces a puddle in the cup holder. Not safe or good. As for kid-friendliness, the kids' combos are great! We tend to prefer the cookies over the pretzels, but everything at Scooter's is delicious!
I visit this place almost every morning, and the staff is always friendly while the service is consistently excellent. They likely have the best scooters in town!
I placed a large order for 11 drinks for Teacher Appreciation at my son's school, and the service was fantastic. I accidentally miscounted the drinks and had to return for the remaining two, but they had everything prepared and ready for me when I got back. They were really great!
This particular Scooter's Coffee has always given me great customer service. They have their busy times, but handle them fairly well. Not the largest selection, but they have some really good drinks or edible items on their menu. Especially the Cinnamon Crunch latte. Very good. Reasonable sitting space inside, and usually short wait times.
It's a great place you just don't always get hot and it is a long time to wait when there's 10 cars
