The servers at this Perkins are always pleasant and do a great job. Food is delicious.

This restaurant has really gone downhill. We got seated at 1130am by a cook...the waitress came by a few minutes later she was very friendly. After our order was placed, the waitress proceeded to talk with another patron who had a small dog with them then sat down and started petting and holding the dog. After a few minutes she brought our food. My food was luke warm and the the portion was skimpy as compared to the last time I ordered the same menu item. The waitress gave us our bill but didn't ask if needed any boxes for remaining food, we had to track down another employee.The restaurant was short staffed, not very clean and obviously not allow dogs in the restaurant!

Prices sure have gotten out of control in Iowa! You'd think a state that primarily grows and raises all the components of their menu would have better pricing. The food is what you come to expect. Doesn't need to look like a Cracker Barrel but can try a little.Vegetarian options: You have the option to leave.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have that.

We only go to this a Perkins in Sioux City because of the service. It is way better than the other location. We always try and sit with Marisela!
