If you're in Goa, Hillbelly is the place to dine. With a fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and drinks, it's a must-visit. The melt sandwich and meatball sandwich are both highly recommended. I will definitely be returning every week. A big shoutout to Rishabh and the crew for a job well done.
If in Goa then hillbelly is the place to eat. A great set up, amazing food and drinks. The melt sandwich is a must as well as the meat ball sandwich. I'm going to be back every week for sure. And of course a big hats off to Rishabh and crew for putting it together.

One of the best places to savor delicious food and cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere, it is a definitely a must-visit spot when in Goa!
I'm not a fan of alcohol, but every time I go to Hillbelly, I end up drinking a lot! The cocktails made by Ivan are amazing. I usually start with the gin arugula cocktail or the cocaine mocktail, along with some tempura prawns. Then I move on to the killer pork belly or the chicken/beef patty melt sandwich. Sometimes I also have the beef tongue salad. The menu is extensive and everything at Hillbelly is cooked and served perfectly. Rishab and his team are excellent hosts who not only bring people back for the food, but also know how to create a fun atmosphere. And let's not forget the recent addition of home delivery, making it even more convenient for customers.
