The photos look great here but in the reallity it is a very disappointing place, with very bad s... read more NormalIy I don't write comments, this my second one in 7 years. The photos look great here but in the reallity it is a very disappointing place, with very bad service, bad food, bad café. You have to pay 2 euros extra if you stay at the terrace. We went there because all the other places were full and we had to sit down with two children (2, 5 years old). The terrace (Esplanada) is a dark, small, ugly place, no sign that you have to pay 2 euros extra for it! The place inside is so bad that you don't don't want to go in, a dog barks inside extremely loudly, the TV is on, also very loudly. The final bill was 9.10 euros and they charged our bank card with 10 euros without asking. We asked why is it like this and why we had to pay extra for the terrace (Esplanada) when there is no sign of it outside or inside of the restaurant, they called police! The waitresses were very agressive, it was good that the police was there, they were very nice and helpful. Finally, we have never got back the extra we paid. Never ever will go back to this place!
