Famous for getting served quick is wrong. 20 minutes to get gizzards is wrong. Standing and waiting to get served is wrong. Not having a customer service number to call is wrong. Your whole operation is wrong and I will never recommend your facility to anyone.

Didn’t get any biscuits because they were out (would have to wait longer for them) and the green beans and potato wedges were not cooked all the way. This was at 6pm and they were not that busy.

Management must know these and still serve this embarrassing chicken.
