We tried the grilled choriço with small clams, cod with garlic sauce, and Portuguese green wine. The grilled cod was served with cooked potatoes and a sauce made with olive oil, onions, and garlic. The Portuguese steak was a beef steak served with rice, thinly cut fries, and a white wine sauce made with Portuguese red wine. It's important to note that even though cod dishes are fish, they are best paired with red wine, not white.
