Probably won't be eating Subway again any time soon.

Terrible experience. On September 2, 2022, I ordered 6 subs, drinks, and chips for a total of about $63.78. However, only the subs were delivered. The driver in... read more Terrible experience. On September 2, 2022, I ordered 6 subs, drinks, and chips for a total of about $63.78. However, only the subs were delivered. The driver informed me that the Subway staff had only provided the subs. When I called the location around 8:30 PM to address the missing items, the girl on the phone was quite unhelpful and had an attitude. She told me that they couldn't assist me and that I would need to pick up the drinks and chips myself. I paid a service fee of $5.99 and a delivery charge of $2.99, and yet I had to go get the drinks myself? I was very frustrated by this. The owner should consider hiring more capable employees who can handle these situations appropriately. I have always frequented this store, but after this experience, I'll be looking elsewhere.

The sandwiches were delicious, and there were plenty of options for toppings, making for a great experience overall. Additionally, the coupons I received in the mail made everything even more enjoyable.
