We stayed at a nearby hotel and decided to have breakfast here. Overall, it was nothing exceptional, but the view of the Atlantic Ocean was quite stunning. We were actually in search of a place called Coconuts on the Beach, but it seems they’ve rebranded or changed their name. Interestingly, no one at the Hilton seemed to know anything about Coconuts, which was a bit strange. I ordered a three-egg omelette that was somewhat bland. My wife, on the other hand, enjoyed her waffle topped with fruit, butter, and whipped cream. The service was average at best; nothing remarkable. It felt pretty typical for a beach vacation spot. I'm not sure if we would return, given the abundance of other dining options, but it wasn’t a bad experience overall. If you're looking for a decent breakfast with a lovely beach view, this could be a good choice.
Lunch doesn’t get much better than at the Ketch Restaurant, a hidden gem at the Singer Island Hilton. We enjoyed our meal at the breezy bar with a stunning view of the beach and ordered the most delicious Blackened Mahi Tacos we've ever tasted. The tacos featured a generous filet of mahi, topped with chipotle aioli, fresh pico de gallo, and cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a flour tortilla, accompanied by a side of house slaw. It was more than enough for us to share, as the platter came with two hearty tacos. The bartenders, Brendon and Jessica, were fantastic—attentive to detail and never made us feel rushed. Overall, it was a great experience!
I decided to try this restaurant, and it turned out to be a big mistake. When I walked in for lunch, there was no hostess available, so we had to step outside and were informed that we could sit wherever we liked. The menu looked appealing, and we placed our orders, but we ended up feeling disappointed. Two of us ordered the Blackened Grouper Sandwich, but it was lacking any blackened seasoning, making it very bland. The portion of grouper on the sandwich was barely 4 ounces, which felt quite insufficient. To top it off, the fries were served cold. Overall, it definitely wasn’t worth the $19 price tag! The service was also unsatisfactory. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place for either food or service.
Located in the Hilton on Singer Island, Rivera Beach. Serves up some surprisingly decent food. We had the blackened shrimp nacho platter and garlic parmesan wings to start, crispy wings and nachos were loaded with lots of bay shrimp. The frozen drinks were very good. I split the half of roasted chicken with my sister, a little on the dry side. There is a seating area and a large outdoor bar. There are some low and high tables covered. There is also an indoor bar and seating inside the hotel just passed the front desk check in.
Hidden little gem inside the Singer Island Hilton is a very fine dining experience. Sit outside Sea side and enjoy dining that is friendly, quiet and with good food. It not a fast Food place but rather a fine restaurant in casual clothing. Stayed at the Hilton for the last four years and make it a point to eat breakfast daily here and dinner at least three times per stay. Food has always been delightful with interesting and classic dishes, large portions and great waitstaff. Check it out!
