Puri Lumbung Cottages And Munduk

We enjoyed our stay very much! our villa had a magnificent view of the valley towards singaraja. it is very quiet up there and the green and fresh air around it makes it very relaxing. there is a super beautiful way to some waterfalls that go out directly from the hotel and it is ideal for hiking and trail running. the personal was friendly and my wife and I, as well as our little son very much enjoyed it

This was the most scenic hotel we have visited during our Java Bali trip. The restaurant serves delicious meals, so you can combine great food and breathtaking views. The cottage is quite luxurious, if you ignore some dogs barking at night. Friendly staff as well. When checking out, they have a small goodbye present for you. Don't skip this opportunity when traveling through Bali.

I had a wonderful stay at Purilumbung. The scenery is spectacular and the staff are wonderful. My cottage overlooked the valley and I was surprised on my first morning to see the sea in the distance. The hotel is set amongst rice paddies and there is always the sound of running water, very soothing. I had several massages, some of the best I’ve had, so relaxing. I took a couple of treks and while fairly strenuous they were very rewarding as the waterfalls in Munduk are beautiful and so serene. It was also very interesting to walk through the spice gardens and rice paddies. The food at the restaurant is delicious and fresh and has enough variety for a weeks stay. I absolutely love the peanut sauce! The interaction between the hotel and the local community is inspiring from the program training local staff to the local dancers and musicians performing at the hotel. Purilumbung is definitely a must stay on a visit to Bali. Away from the tourist hot spots it is a chance to see the real Bali. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. Did I mention the amazing staff??
