Happen to passing by the area looking for eatery shop/cafe during CNY holiday. All I can say, it’s worth it. Ordered nasi lemak with Ayam Masak merah, and my friend ordered mee siam with chicken wing. We both enjoyed the meal. Nasi lemak is fragrant and tasty, and that sambal is one of the best nasi lemak sambal I ever had it’s sweet and spicy, which I like very much. Oh Ayam Masak merah… delicious. View all feedback.
The royals cafe (siglap) is one of the best cafe for morning/noon breakfast/brunch/lunch. May not be eye catching like the rest of other cafes since the seating arrangement can be limited. But one of the signature is its remarks on 'VOTED best mee siam in singapore '. Initially I was like woah sure or not

Famous for its Mee Siam but my daughter has fallen in love with their soft sourdough loaf instead. 2 for $9, so I grabbed 2. The mini cranberry loaves are 2 for $6 so I got 2 too on 22022022. Can't believe I get to commemorate this unique date with a review. Happy We usually freeze extra fresh loaves and toast when eating. Delicious when freshly toasted with jam or 100% peanut butter.
The cakes were delicious! Love the ambience! These 2 cakes are our faves!! Friendly staff too!
