It is excellent for host families and guests. Prices for the afternoon tea are also very cheap, especially compared to the hotel buffet directly above the street.

I only visited the breakfast buffet (see photos below) and love it for the wide selection that would satisfy any pallet. I have not tried the western or continental breakfast offer, but I can test the excellence of the local Southeast Asian offers. The yong tau foo, dim sum and Indian offers are delicious and authentic. Post-Covid, reservations are required for the breakfast buffet.

Wonderful on the spot cooking by many chefs. Satay (chicken, mutton and beef) very nice and well charred. Unlimited serving of latte, cappuccino and etc. Fresh orange juices available. With such a good spread and high quality high tea. 90 mins is not enough to really enjoy the food with friends and family. Their high tea spread is very worth it. The spread is as good as their lunch buffet. Food are all at high quality and their staffs are very fast in clearing the plates from your tables.
