What Simon Y likes about Sembawang Confectionery:
This place reminds me of Balmoral Confectionery(BC) at Sunset Way. Like BC, everything here seems got stucked in time, from their store deco to their old school pastries and most importantly their prices. Their items though were a hit miss, love their butter cake cocunut tart but not so much on their custard puff cream cone. View all feedback.
