Very good Hakata Style Ramen, probably the best. He makes the broth by himself, you can choose the noodles hardness, very well done. Similar what you can have in Japan, I would say the best I ate out of Japan!! Congratulations!! View all feedback.
Everyone (yes, tourists included) flocks to Tian Tian Chicken Rice when they’re at Maxwell Food Centre, but the ramen from Ramen Taisho will makes you ditch the chicken rice. They serve restaurant quality ramen at very affordable price. It is so good that I went back the next day. Definitely will come back for their ramen when I visit Singapore.

Best ramen stall in Singapore. The broth is artfully crafted and will never disappoint. My go to at Maxwell!
Best raman! Very creamy soup base. Should give it a try when you are at Maxwell food center. I recommend the black galic raman!
I just happen to walk around to find dinner and came across this interesting Ramen stall in a hawker centre. As I am a big fan of Ramen, I gave it a shot and not expecting much for a $7.80 Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen. The Tonkotsu soup broth blew my mind that I finished up every single drop of it and the noodles is just the right texture! The egg is nice but the yolk is a bit cooked. Overall I love it and will come back again
