Plain Vanilla - Singapore

Nice cupcakes, baked offerings and drinks. I ordered the Iced Summer Berry Tea to enjoy in, with an Osmenthus Cupcake Dark Chocolate Brownie to take away. All were very good and tasty. Being served a small cup of water when you sit down without having to ask is a great touch Simple but much appreciated and displays good, attentive service. Thanks to the Team, keep up the good job!

Pleasantly surprised by the affordable mains! Generous portions of salad too. Though the drinks are pretty pricey $8 for the standards. Would recommend sticking to their food and cupcakes!!

Walked past Plain Vanilla several times and finally had the chance to try their Hot Chocolate (100% Valrhona Choc Paste) $8.50 today. The drink was decent albeit pricey. Was expecting the drink to be more chocolate with a strong aftertaste. Nonetheless this was still a comforting drink to have.

I don't usually post Google reviews but I really wanted to commend PV for its exceptional service standard. I ordered two monthly special cupcakes yesterday but only realised that they had given me the wrong flavour for one of the cupcakes when I got home. I decided to order the monthly special flavours again today since we didn't get to try one of the flavours. When I got to PV, I told the staff about the mistake that was made and proceeded to order the cupcakes that I wanted. When I was about to make payment, the staff refused to accept any payment and insisted that the cupcakes were on the house since they had made a mistake yesterday. I am really amazed at their level of commitment to outstanding customer service. Thank you PV! I'll be ordering more cupcakes for sure!

I enjoyed the small portion size, which I appreciated, but it felt a bit expensive for what I received. The sourdough was slightly overpowering, but overall the dish was rich and enjoyable, and they were very generous with the avocado! The bakery items also looked delightful. I look forward to returning and trying more options soon!
