Lola's Cafe (simon Road) - Singapore

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon with my friend! The atmosphere was perfect for a good conversation. We made a reservation and had no trouble getting seated. The food was fantastic! The truffle fries were crispy and enjoyable, although the truffle flavor could have been stronger. However, the highlight was definitely the wings! I can't wait to come back and try the desserts next time!

The food portions are quite generous and satisfying. The ambiance is pleasant and the service is excellent. I highly recommend the Grilled Cheese Mushroom Sandwich and the Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle. The Dragonfruit Pineapple Cooler was a unique experience. The sourdough bread is delightful. It's advisable to make reservations on the weekend since it can get busy.

The wings were tasty, but they leaned more toward the sweet side. I really enjoyed the truffle pasta; it was delightfully delicious. The sausages were also nice, especially when paired with the mashed potatoes. The staff went above and beyond by writing a lovely birthday card for the birthday girl when they presented the waffle ice cream.

Brunch with cousins. Too bad they didn’t open earlier and had a 60 minutes time limit although it was extended when we ordered a cake. Great service. Love the crab cake pulled pork sandwiches. Coffee cups were a tad small for the price.

It has been quite a while since I last visited the cafe. Making a reservation does help with the waiting time during queues! We were served immediately with a table. Ordered the wings, tater tots and some mains, and they were all good. The mains were well portioned and the wings were crispy and well seasoned. Service was good and they were quick to clear the plates. Overall, a good experience.
