Located next to Sixth Avenue, this cozy, small restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes including crab cakes, risotto balls, chicken drumlets, pork ribs, fried chicken, and burgers. Limited parking is available in front of the restaurant, so it's best to park at Guthrie House. The restaurant also offers a good selection of craft beers and provides excellent service. Everything here was fantastic, some of the service we received was a bit sub par but will definitely be coming back for the burgers. The hero was definitely the truffle and shrooms burger and the sweet potato fries which we ordered separately.
I tried the Pigwich sandwich and the famous American Buttermilk fried chicken at this restaurant. The portions were generous and delicious. However, I wasn't a fan of their fries, as they were too limp and greasy. They offer a 2-course lunch special with coffee or tea for $22.50 on weekdays, which I find quite affordable. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Despite not being a fan of beef, I decided to try it at this place. I was pleasantly surprised to find the steak tender and tasty, with just the right amount of salt to enhance the flavor. The beef stew was equally delicious, with a rich gravy that was both sweet and hearty. While I have had better crab cakes before, theirs were still full of crab meat. The milkshake was also a highlight, being rich, smooth, and thick.
