The chef w... read more Really enjoyed dining in this top quality sushi restaurant when we stopped over in Singapore in July. Every single bite of the omakase was delicious! The chef was very kind to let my husband had a simpler lunch menu because he didn’t feel well on the day despite we booked the more expensive Hamamoto Experience. I loved eating sea urchin (uni) and really appreciated the information sheet they provided on the different types of uni and where they were from marked on the map of Japan! Very thoughtful and interesting! This will definitely be my must-visit restaurant in Singapore! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
