Best place to have lunch or dinner with family or friends. Nice ambince and friendly staff. Offers nice vegetarian dish and Korean bingsu without cracking your wallet. Serving in big and small portions dishes with various type of drink to offers in cold or hot. View all feedback.
What karzazen doesn't like about D'life (toa Payoh):
Friends beware of D'Life any menu items with monkey head mushrooms. They ordered it frozen and when I asked they said it's vegan. Then I went to the one in Chinatown Point and the staff there told me it has eggs mixed with the frozen package. The staff are not knowledgeable in some locations. A staff member told us will inform the boss to change but I doubt it because they ordered it premixed. View all feedback.
Fave dishes Hokkien mee, dry chilli ban mee, ginger mee sia, Assam laksa ad signature fried rice!
A few months ago I moved to Toa Payoh, was looking for vegetarian places to eat and found this. Couldn't be happier. Great curries, I love the rendang. My wife loves the nasi goreng patai. I tried most stuff on the menu, can't wait to eat there again
I ordered Laksa who sent the staff to the wrong table (who does not overcrow). My feedback is: laksa should not taste like curry mee. I didn't want an egg, so they swapped with 2 slices of fried Taugua, which were hard, and the little pieces of Taupok were also dry. They added pieces of canned buttons mushrooms cut into quarters (probably as a substitute for straw mushrooms) that was tasteless as it could not absorb the severity. Finally, I hate to comment on the staff, but they must be aware of how they put the chiffel on the bowl of food must be their hand outside the bowl, not inside, and the risk of touching the food. Good taste and great part. Better if more decisions are made.
