What John Doe likes about Chili's Resorts World Sentosa:
great eating as always, stellar service, we didn't have to wait long for our orders or bill, even if the restaurant was overcrowded. they had caricatures on the screens that did not mean tantrums from the children. highly recommended! View all feedback. What John Leong doesn't like about Chili's Resorts World Sentosa:
We ordered a veggie big mouth burger..it was dry and tasteless. Another dish veg fajitas tasted bland and we literally had to add salt pepper to somehow bring out some taste in the dish and eat it. We complained to the manager (named Haseem) and all he said was he never heard any complaints from previous customers so its just our problem. It did spoil our day. Also, we feel its too pricey for such rude service. View all feedback.

read moreChili's at Resorts World Sentosa presents a dichotomy of dining experiences, ranging from stellar service to disappointing food quality. While some patrons enjoyed quick service and a lively atmosphere, many others reported lackluster dishes like dry burgers and bland fajitas, often needing additional seasoning to salvage flavors. Understaffing was a common issue, resulting in long waits even for reserved tables. Additionally, encounters with management revealed a dismissive attitude towards complaints. Though some guests appreciated the culinary potential, the inconsistency in both food and service left a lasting impression, overshadowing the establishment’s often favorable reputation.
