Chico Loco - Singapore

First of all, the staff were very pleasant. I arrived during a busy time, but they explained the menu thoroughly and treated me with courtesy. I wish more restaurants offered this level of service. Now, onto the food. If you're a fan of Nando's, this isn't quite the same, but you'll definitely enjoy it. The chicken was well-cooked and of good quality. I particularly liked the sides; the fries are a must-try. The frozen margarita was enjoyable as well. The prices are reasonable, with a quarter chicken and two sides costing $17. The only odd thing is that the desserts are meant for sharing between two or more people, making them quite expensive for just one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the interior when I entered the restaurant; it’s a beautiful space with welcoming staff. I really appreciate the team that took our orders and offered some personal recommendations! The spicy chicken was quite hot for my taste, but the meat was incredibly good and tender.

We dined without a reservation on March 28th, and it was an amazing experience! The food and service were outstanding. The staff had great knowledge about the menu. I loved the tacos, especially the fish taco, which was superb. I'm quite particular about chicken, but theirs was flavorful and delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. We will definitely return to try more dishes. Kudos to the entire team!

I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger and sweet potato fries, and I must say, the food was fantastic! The quarter chicken was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection—tender and full of flavor! The buttermilk chicken was crispy, and all the components of the burger worked together beautifully. The sweet potato fries were also excellent, especially with the chipotle mayo, which was a standout. Although I'm not a fan of guacamole, my wife finished off the whole serving with her meal because it was just that delicious. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be looking to come back!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant on Amoy. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed. I ordered the fish taco, quarter chicken, and a mango passionfruit juice, and everything arrived promptly. I was a bit surprised that the fish taco came as a single serving; I usually expect tacos to be served in pairs, especially at that size. However, the fish was cooked to perfection and had a nice crunch. The chicken was also well-prepared and incredibly moist, with a flavorful dry rub. I really appreciated the restaurant's commitment to environmentalism—there was no plastic in sight, just metal utensils and water served in a glass bottle.
