I haven't been for many years but glad we came back to visit. A bit harder to find by the lifts (we came in via the Hilton) but it was a nice entry to the restaurant from this side. We managed to grab an early table for lunch on the weekend maybe one of the few larger tables not reserved and out next to the bar. Service and food were good the desserts suprisingly so. Recommended if you're in the area and want a comfo... View all feedback.
If you think about Laksa in a hotel, you should come here. Yes, it's expensive, but it's consistent lemak 'rich' taste will blow your mind. Try her Rojak and topped with coconut ice when they have. You will never regret these decisions. Come and give yourself a treat, but remember to train after this wonderful pleasure!
I didn't have the chicken rice in Chatterbox in more than a decade and wanted to come back to give it an attempt to see if the most expensive and iconic chicken rice is still so good. It was definitely good, though not somewhere you can eat every day, but it is definitely a good illustration what is good chicken rice for people visiting Singapore for the first time and ready to pamper themselves a little! I also love the atmosphere of the place! It's somewhere you can bring someone on a nice casual date too! Will be back to try the lobster laksa!
A must for every visit to Singapore. I recommend the Hainanese Chicken Set and the Lobster Laksa! The staff was very friendly and professional and even recommends trying articles. One of my favorite restaurants in Singapore!
Enjoy once in awhile like them 1:1 promotion for chicken rice. A very fantastic amount of chicken rice. You can choose the parts you want for e.g. thighs, chest... They no longer serve free portion of rice (it is $3 per bowl. Conclusion, it was without a doubt, but not something I spend $27 on : will be the next time they run a promotion. Note: The bean sprouts were ordered separately. $9 and it was delicious!
Before visiting Chatterbox, I heard of their famous chicken rice and lobster laksa. I received $80 dining voucher from Mandarin Orchard for my recent staycation, and thus my hubby and I decided to dine here for dinner. We came here at 9:30pm on 23 Mar 2021 and were the only customers during our visit, hence the place is really quiet. The staff provided great service and made our dining experience enjoyable. They also constantly came over to refill drinking water for us. You must try the chicken rice and lobster laksa! Normally the chicken rice costs $28 and lobster laksa costs $38 . It is expensive but really tastes very very good. The standard is there We also tried the salted egg chicken wings. I would recommend Chatterbox if you like to try quality local food in a comfortable environment.
