Bedok Food Centre - Singapore

Excellent variety of food at reasonable prices. I will definitely return!

Most of the restaurants are halal or owned by Muslims. There are three stalls that serve satay and another three that specialize in ayam penyet. Additionally, there are some stalls offering halal Chinese food.

One of the popular hawker centers hidden away in Bedok is the Bedok Corner Food Centre, which is well-loved by the locals. Here, you'll discover a wide variety of halal food stalls! There is a direct bus service from Tanah Merah MRT station, and Google Maps provides accurate directions for those using public transportation. I highly recommend trying the Mala Wok, Satay Malek, the famous halal-certified Hokkien Noodles, and Nur Indah Ayam Penyet! No matter what you're craving, you'll find it here, and most of the stalls have been around for quite some time. Be prepared to be patient when looking for a seat, especially during lunch hours or on weekends.

The food was reasonably good for the price. It was a bit messy, but the small portion is enough for two people. Don’t expect anything extraordinary in terms of taste or service, but considering it's a food court with a view of the East Coast, what more could you ask for?

The restaurant is not particularly large, but it has a good size and features a very nice food court with a wide variety of options. You’ll find the usual fried char kway teow, chicken rice, rojak, and drink stalls, along with a great selection of halal food choices such as ayam penyet, satay, lontong, soto mie, and mie rebus. There are also dry snacks and kueh available. Prices are reasonable too.
