Great food, grumpy uncle, good prices. My first meal in Singapore was so delicious it left me in awe. The flavors were absolutely incredible, and the dish was very inventive. I highly recommend the basil chicken ramen and whatever green vegetable they have on the menu.
I returned to Amoy for a dental appointment and decided to grab a quick lunch at Amoy Food Centre. I’ve always enjoyed this Thai food stall, as I believe it offers one of the more authentic selections of Thai cuisine, all at a reasonable price. Today, I ordered the Tom Yum Gong clear soup and asked for it to be spicy. Wow! It was delicious—perfect for a rainy afternoon. I also recommend trying their Seafood Fried Rice, Pineapple Fried Rice, and “MamaMie.” Their basil chicken rice with fried egg is great too! Definitely worth trying!

The portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed the basil chicken. I'll definitely be returning!
