What Jane Doe doesn't like about Violet Oon Singapore:
Buah Keluak spaghetti is nyonya style pesto. The big nyonya breakfast was just average too. There was a mistake in our drinks order. I don't think I will done here again as we get better food in Malaysia. Beautiful ambience, average food. View all feedback.
The vintage interior evokes memories of a bygone era. The service is professional, but the portion sizes seem a bit small given the prices. The ambiance is exceptional, while beverage prices are slightly above average. The food is of great quality and beautifully presented. Although this was my first visit, I may not return for a second one, but I would consider trying their high tea!
What a delightful restaurant! I visited with my daughter and her baby for lunch. The decor is gorgeous, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight of the meal was definitely the chicken satay, which featured generous chunks of chicken and plenty of sauce. If I were to return with four people, I would definitely book in advance to request the booths.
I went there to celebrate my aunt's birthday, and we had a fantastic time! My entire family enjoyed the experience, thanks to the incredible staff, particularly Rowel. The food was excellent, with standouts like the chicken satay, dry laksa, and Pulut Hitam. We'll definitely be coming back for another visit!

The food was delicious. The prata was very crispy and melted in your mouth. The curry that complemented was creamy and rich. Along with that, the lettuce starters were extremely delectable. It was crispy, fresh and moist. The filling of vegetables and tofu really elevated it. The tofu platter was bad. It was bland and I don’t recommend it. I went here to celebrate my birthday. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Jesse and Rowel made it a memorable event. I really loved the complimentary coconut cake. It was soft, fluffy and delicious. Overall, a good place.
I went here with my family and we had an amazing overall experience with this restaurant. The foods are delicious. Some of the dish we ordered are butter prawn, beef rendang, ngoh hiang, tapioca cake, chap chye, chicken satay and a kuay pie tee and we loved them all. We were really pleased with the service, their team are extremely approachable and attentive. As for the ambience, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The place is very welcoming and enticing. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and colleagues!
