Haven't been back for more than 2 years since the pandemic. It was nice to catch a free performance at the outdoor theatre tonight. The acoustic, service and the environment was still as good, if not better. Looking forward to be back again soon. View all feedback.
I hadn't visited in over two years due to the pandemic, but it was a pleasure to enjoy a free performance at the outdoor theater tonight. The acoustics, service, and atmosphere were just as excellent, if not better than before. I'm eager to return again soon!
This is a lovely spot for an evening stroll, and there are many other fascinating places nearby to explore as well.
There is a small area to the left of the main entrance where you can discover more about the fascinating history of the beloved “durian”! I visited last Sunday and enjoyed some free live performances, both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, there’s a fantastic view of the Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion!
A delightful spot to visit, even if you’re not attending a paid performance. There are ample outdoor areas to explore and beautiful views to take in. Additionally, there are many free performances available. I attended a paid show called "Blast from the Past," and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, even with the Covid restrictions in place.
The Esplanade, an iconic landmark of Singapore, is an art theatre characterized by its distinctive twin domes that resemble the region's famous fruit, the durian. This striking building is even featured on Singapore's five-cent coin. Majestically situated by the picturesque Marina Bay, it’s close to another well-known Singaporean icon, the Merlion. The Esplanade regularly hosts numerous art performances and exhibitions, making it a vibrant cultural hub. It's a must-visit destination for tourists exploring Singapore.
