I stopped into Pérola do Porto Covo for a late dinner. The service was excellent. The wait staff did everything to make my dining experience enjoyable. Surprised by the bad reviews. Was busy but service was quick and attentive, where other places looked overrun. Had the Picanha with Feijao, rice fries which came out incredibly quickly and was perfectly cooked. The town is expensive so prices are high but the staff worked hard and it was authentic food.

Thought I’d put my own review as was nearly put off by others. Food was great both me and my partner throughly enjoyed. Little bit of a language barrier if you speak English but can be worked around with patience no problem staff were great, overall would recommend someone to visit
The dessert was great, but the maincourse was not that good.
