The burger was absolutely rubbish. Poor quality meat was supposed to have Cheese but arrived without. The whole thing fell apart as it was soggy. The only part... read more The burger was absolutely rubbish. Poor quality meat was supposed to have Cheese but arrived without. The whole thing fell apart as it was soggy. The only part of the burger that was decent was the raw onion, which you can't really get wrong the loaded chips were soggy with a slice of cheese on it. Cheese wasn't melted. The children strips were as to be expected, average. Won't be eating here again what a waste of 17 pounds. Barely ate any of it. What a disappointment.

I asked to be seated elsewhere and was told no. I left, of course. All customers deserve equal treatment. I’ll never come here to eat again.

I therefore asked the supervisor if she could phone a taxi for us. She bluntly refused and turned her back to me. Disrespectful, And failing her duty as a citizen to attend to a person in need. Very bad behaviour.
