She was not at all attentive to what was going on in the dining room and not helpful at all! For 2 soups we waited 30 minutes!!! Other... People came after us 10 minutes later and ordered carvings and he brought them before us!!! The soups were definitely made, but not the carvings!! Unbelievable to see how lost Brândușa was... The other waiters were okay, nobody complained about them... instead of Brândușa, other people from 3 other tables complained... Great service!!! I'm not coming here soon.

My partner has asked for medium steak and it was not even medium rare. If you serve rare steaks you also need to have...appropriate knives for it as otherwise one is not able to cut it. One waiter was ok the other one was arrogant. Two points only for my Aperol Spritz and our little one's dish. However, if her simple penne with tomato sauce was screwed up it would be a total disaster. I kept all the change as I will not tip even a penny for such a terrible restaurant.

The first thing we noticed as we entered is the welcoming environment, with a mix of rustic and modern decor. This, followed by our host...that evening, nick-named Djokovic . Funny, professional and friendly, he made our stay perfect. We had soup-in-a-bread, pasta Carbonara, and massive Papanași that was a wonderful finale ' for a wonderful evening at Snow. Highly recommended!
