Never disappointed and super smiling staff and never forgot something

I recently left an extremely negative opinion about the McDo of Flers-en-Escrebieux, because my experience over there was catastrophic. However, I'm surprised to see that less than 10 kilometers from there, the experience can be opposite. The service is exceptional, burgers, fries, etc. are served with great care and placed in the bags with great attention. There is no forgetting, no endless waiting, and the employees have a warm smile. I was able to closely observe the management of the manager who supervises his staff closely. It reminded me of the image of a military leader who guides his troops. I would like to point out that this comparison is in no way pejorative, on the contrary, it is reassuring to see someone manage their team so as to guarantee the well-being of the client and its satisfaction. Thank you to the MACDO VAUBAN team. Despite the fact that I live closer to the McDo de Flers, I'm ready to go to your house. Thank you for this exceptional experience!
