After previously visiting this restaurant, my group decided to stop by for a quick meal. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. It seems like the management at this place has changed since our last visit. It took 7-10 minutes after pressing the button to get any service, and when we finally did, we were told to wait because they were busy. After previously visiting this restaurant, my group decided to stop by for a quick meal. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. It seems like the management at this place has changed since our last visit. It took 7-10 minutes after pressing the button to get any service, and when we finally did, we were told to wait because they were busy. When we asked about our order, we were met with delays and our half order came out cold. We even saw another employee in slippers coming out to correct an order. The service was so slow and disorganized that we didn't bother trying to fix our order. We reached out to corporate about our experience, but received no response. While we liked the food at this restaurant, we will not be returning to this location.
Ordering through the app won't necessarily save you time, even on a Tuesday night.
