The boy who was in service today was GREAT!! It looked like he was the only one who commanded from outside and delivered all food! He had a smile on his face, so polite and so cool under all the pressure. He went away to swirl the tray he had just delivered. It just seemed happy to be there. I smiled. Will definitely be back!! Worst Sonic Experience EVER! In the ride wait 11 minutes. I didn't ask for tomatoes on my sandwich because I'm allergic to them. Sandwich arrived DEAD COLD with tomatoes. I couldn't eat it. My son also ordered a Reesess shake. All things were completely dry down... never stirred. I'm not going back. SAD... they were lined around the building. View all feedback.
Absolute worst fast food restaurant in the upstate. From the 50 minute wait in the drive thru, to the cold incorrect order, to the cold burnt corn dogs. Several employees standing around. Not really sure the reasoning behind the terrible service. Not surewe will return to this location.
A drive thru usually means quick service, but clearly not at this location. Sat in line for over 25 minutes. Just wanted a Cherry Limeade after a hot day in the sun. Guy in front of me had issues at the drive thru window, from what I could tell theyhad completely lost his order in the 15 minutes it took to get from ordering to the window. Got my drink, and ice.... no lime,no cherries, nothing else. Disappointing. Tens of cars circling or leaving the line because this team couldn't process ordersefficiently. On the way out, I was behind the same guy, who stopped just before getting onto a busy road, spun his car around, and (I watched) drove straight back to the restaurant. This location is awful, and needs immediate supervision from a corporatelocation.
We come here a lot like the kids love it, but lately the service has done. Today I moved up to check after my online order and as usual the menu board immediately registered my name and said that my food was prepared. 10 min later it explained that my food was on the way and went back to the standard screen. 40 min after that I pressed the button to get some service, as I saw it sat down, how other cars come and go. Someone from Fast Times in Ridgemont answered high and after 10 minutes silence announced he had found my food? He took it to the car and as soon as I immediately recognized the drinks, the ice had almost completely melted. I pointed it out and he said I'm sorry and went away. Completely refuted with the recent service.
At the time of writing, the establishment has a sign saying they are understaffed. Taking that into account, the experience was actually pretty good. The employees who were there were really nice, which I know can be difficult when understaffed because I have experienced that myself at my place of work. The food is usually pretty good here, and the customer service is usually pretty good aswell. Taking into account they were understaffed, it was still a good experience.
Jean and I decided to give Sonic a try. It has been years since we've been there. We used to like going to Sonic when we lived in Texas. The burgers have changed, they are thicker, possibly bigger, not the same taste associated with Sonic burgers of our past, but still good. I had their breakfast sausage and egg toaster and it was very good. The only complaint the order of fries and tater tots was pretty small.
