Little Caesars - Simpsonville

9:45 pm and they’re not accepting any customers. I refuse to order on the app because they don’t honor it and they don’t refund. Really sucks that the management doesn’t address this because it’s happened before.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing last evening. I waited around 20 minutes but no problem, if the pizza was good. They were very busy but the young lady was doing a great job at the register. Drove 10 minutes home, found a pizza that was cold, very little cheese, totally dried out, virtually no pizza sauce although I ordered extra sauce. Knowing pizza mine didn’t come directly out of the oven as told. I could not eat as is, so added sauce and pleanty if toppings at home. With that, the pizza was far to gone to save. Disappointed and I do NOT recommend this Little Caesars and won’t go back. The best Little Caesar’s I’ve found is in Woodruff South Carolina. Give them a shot.

Teach the girl with the twists at the front register how to be kind and respectful to customers when they walk in. She didn’t even acknowledge me, smile, or say hey or anything. She just pointed to the portal and rolled her eyes. Very Unprofessional!!! Go find another job!

Young lady that works the front never smiles. Does not speak to you and hides in the back

We picked up pizzas through the drive thru. Food was good but neither pizza was actually cut through. Minor gripe.
