We couldn't be happier after switching our beloved golden doodle to Simonton. He’s so much more comfortable around people now, and the staff is fantastic with him. My daughter, who is an ICU nurse, traveled to assist with COVID patients, so I took care of her dog during that time. Simonton was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to bring both dogs, including George, our golden doodle. The team is always friendly and easy to work with, and I am truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place!
From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the incredible staff at this hidden gem of a veterinary clinic. Lacey, who scheduled my appointment, and Gracey, who came out to the car to assist with paperwork (a thoughtful touch considering the Covid-19 situation), both demonstrated how seriously they take the well-being of their patients, employees, and the community. Dr. Janacek was equally fantastic; she thoroughly explained the procedures she would undertake and provided detailed results showcasing her expertise and care. Additionally, their fees were much lower than those at a large veterinary clinic where we had also enrolled in a wellness program. In short, Simonton Vet is a true treasure in the area, and I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate care they provide not only to our family member but to many others as well. Their service to the community is commendable, and the entire team should take great pride in their work.
Reasonably quick , great safe guard for covid. Nice people very informative. Decent price.
