What stands out about Rabalais Seafood is how dirty it is. The first thing you see when you walk into the dining room is the stained and discolored water/ice machine pictured below. Once seated, the trash can is prominently in view not exactly a clean or welcoming view. What really stands out about Rabalais Seafood is its lack of cleanliness. The first thing that greets you upon entering the dining area is the stained and discolored water and ice machine, as shown in the picture below. Once you’re seated, a trash can is directly in sight, which isn’t exactly the most welcoming or hygienic view. I visited the restroom before eating and found the floor to be shockingly dirty; the sink, toilet, door, and doorknob were all filthy and unkempt. My appetite dwindled as I couldn't help but think about how much worse the kitchen must be if this is what customers see. The food itself was mediocre at best. On a positive note, the waitstaff were very nice, but they aren't to blame for the restaurant's condition. The owner of Rabalais should seriously consider a thorough cleaning now and make it an ongoing priority.
Has great seafood. night specials , boiled crayfish when in season. kids menu. family atmosphere.
The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the staff is fantastic!
