While there is a lot of buzz about the quality of the food, I found it to be quite good and appreciated the diverse menu options compared to typical fast food. The restrooms were clean, and the staff greeted me with friendly smiles when I placed my order. I also enjoyed the ample seating choices. Overall, I think this visit deserves five stars!

While I understand that the low introductory rate is meant to attract customers, I was really frustrated by the additional convenience fee for tech maintenance and innovation. Considering you can't even order a drink or use your Sip Club benefits through this online system, the whole experience was disappointing. I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription, as I ended up hungry at lunchtime, hoping to order from Panera.
