I hadn't been to Panda Express in five years, and this visit was quite rushed. While I was looking over the menu, I inquired about their tofu options and was informed that they would only be available until Friday, January 19, 2024. I felt pressured to quickly choose something from the limited selection just to get out of there. It wasn't the experience I had in mind for my meal.
I ordered last night around 8:40 p.m. I received great customer service provided by a nice young lady. I believe her name tag said “Johanna”.. she was very quick and friendly. Made my ordering process simple and with a smile. Very great service! Thank you for the hard work. Now a days it’s hard to get a smile from anyone.
