They decided to stop going there because the restaurant charges $1.25 for credit card transactions. That's too high for me. I use my card to earn points and pay it off every month. I used to go there twice a month, but now I won't be returning at all. View all feedback.
Ordered dinner last night for pick-up. Loved my ArozCoPolo (sorry for the spelling) and my husband got a chicken burrito. Food was great, however, I was a bit shocked to find out that I was charged an additional $1.25 for using my credit card for payment. When I asked one of the servers they said it was because of Covid. So I pay a yearly member ship for the card and now I pay to use it. Doesnt make sence. Loved they food but will find another place to have Mexican Food in Simi Valley.
Worst food ever , I won't be going back. Makes Taco Bell taste like the best Mexican food around. Ewwwww Awful.
One of my favorite places to get Mexican food in simi valley. her aroz con pollo is fantastic.
Hopefully cleaner than a few years ago when we found a rach in the tear of my daughter.
We have been coming to palapa for the last couple years and normally the food is pretty good but lately it's been hit and miss tonight I ordered a chimichanga and my husband brought it home directly from the restaurant and it was pure mush not a nice crispy chimichanga like it should be! I was very disappointed and not happy with my meal!
