At first lived the hotel and was super excited to be here. That changed after waiting for 45 minutes for our luggage to be delivered after being told it would b... read more At first lived the hotel and was super excited to be here. That changed after waiting for 45 minutes for our luggage to be delivered after being told it would be at our room in a few minutes. Had to call maintenance because the room light wouldn't turn on. Then when we went to bed pulled back the covers and found old blood stains on the blanket. They just gave us new sheets to put on ourselves. Then the pool hours were super short and the slide was closed too. The casino machine didn't give my money and went to the cage as instructed but they apparently don't take care of stuff even though that is where we were told to go. Won't be back!

We waited 45 minutes for our luggage, only to be told multiple times that it would arrive "in a few minutes." Additionally, I had to call maintenance because the room’s light wouldn’t turn on. When it was time for bed, I discovered old blood stains on the blanket after pulling back the covers. They simply provided us with new sheets to put on ourselves. The pool hours were very limited, and the slide was closed as well. To top it off, I had an issue with a casino machine that didn't give me my money. I followed instructions and went to the cage for help, but it seemed they didn't handle such issues, despite being told otherwise. I won't be returning!
