I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. While all the Arby's locations nearby have recently shut down, this one is doing really well. Despite being busy, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff frequently used hand sanitizer and cleaned the counters. The food is exactly what you’d expect from Arby’s, which is definitely a great thing.
I recently had the prime rib sandwich at this restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. Priced at just over $7, it offered great value. The bread was fresh and tasty, contributing to an overall satisfying sandwich.
I enjoy Arby's sandwiches and appreciate the variety of sauces they offer. However, it seems like the buns are bigger while the meat portions have gotten smaller. I know they weigh the meat for each sandwich, unlike some other chains that load on excessive meat to justify higher prices, especially with inflation. Arby's doesn’t do that—they want to make money, but honestly, who needs that much meat? I also wish they would warm the buns more thoroughly. While writing this, I realized Arby's doesn’t include lettuce or tomatoes, which might be why my girlfriend thinks the sandwiches look a bit skimpy. Another thing I’ve noticed is that their turnovers used to be larger and came in cherry, apple, and blueberry flavors, but now they’re smaller and pricier. Everything seems to be shrinking while costs go up.
The food at Arby's was excellent, but the service was disappointing. As is common in many places nowadays, a young employee took my order with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm and an indifferent attitude, making it clear they would rather be elsewhere. After I left, I noticed my drink was missing and had to return. The staff member responded with a casual "Oh yeah," offering no apology or explanation.
