I've never had any problems here; the staff is always friendly. While there can be a wait at times, it largely depends on what the customers in front of you are ordering. I went to the drive-through on election day, at around 10:20 am. I purchased a egg english muffin with maple bacon, and upon opening the wrapper, I realized they had dumped a whole bunch of maple sauce inside the english muffin sandwich. I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. On the evening of August 30, the Indian staff tried to charge me 20 cents for a plain small glass of water after I had already placed an order over $15. At Tim Hortons, they never charge for tap water, regardless of the size of your order. This behavior from the staff should be looked into because charging for something that Tim Hortons offers for free raises concerns. What are they planning to do with that 20 cents? Tips?
I ordered three large soups and three drinks and asked for a bag since I had other items with me. The cashier informed me that they don’t have any plastic bags, which was fine, so I requested one Uber bag instead. However, they refused to give it to me at all. I found this very inconsiderate! Just for a single bag for all the items I purchased. I really dislike this place and will never return!

It’s just for a single bag to carry all the items I purchased. I really dislike this place and will never return!
The service at this restaurant is fantastic, but I would like to suggest that you hire more staff for the night shift. It can get extremely busy in the evenings, and sometimes we have to wait quite a while because there's only one person working during that time. I kindly urge you to address this issue.
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My debit card was declined by the store's terminal five times. The employee told me to return if I noticed any charges, promising to reimburse me immediately. After I showed them that I had been charged five times for the same order, they refused to refund me, claiming it wasn’t their fault. The store manager, Rita, was incredibly rude and seemed to have no understanding of how to resolve the situation. The attitude and lack of efficiency were unacceptable at every level. I would never recommend this location and would give it a zero if I could.
