It was supposed to come with chipotle aioli, but it tasted more like BBQ sauce. The fries were tasty, but they seemed like they were frozen and not freshly made. Despite the food issues, all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is about the quality of the food.

Their menu is large and full of variety. I always have a tough time deciding what I want to eat because everything looks and sounds so good. You'll find things on the menu from Pad Thai and curry to burgers and pizzas. Their panzerotti are worth the money with the size you get. The service is great and it seems to always he busy so making a reservation is a good idea. The atmosphere is very casual and great for families. I've been here 3 times already and will visit everytime I am in the Simcoe area.

For the first time in my life I asked to have the food set back to the kitchen (fish) to be warmed and then it came crispy critters. Inedible. I Left 75% of my meal behind and was given a full credit on the meal! All of this effectively ruined my evening leaving hungry and pissed off. I will not be returning any time soon. There were signs of business stress and I wonder how long these guys may be open! There were significant fewer people there than other nights, however the serving staff were extremely stressed with the work load.

I mentioned this to the waitress, and she took them back to the kitchen, only to return them after being heated in the microwave instead of providing fresh sides. While I didn't make a big deal out of it, I was still disappointed. When they came back, they were only slightly warm. This seems to be a recurring issue in the kitchen, as it looks like they serve the mashed potatoes and vegetables while waiting for the meat to finish cooking, causing the sides to cool down. It would help to preheat the plates or find a better way to ensure the food stays warm; otherwise, you're going to lose customers. Given this experience, I won't be leaving a tip.

The prices were reasonable as well. For our dine-in dinner, we spent about CA$40–50 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5. I highly recommend the nachos, fish and chips, and chicken wings!
