Stopped for one night in Silverton and grabbed a beer here about an hour before they closed. Service was awesome and it was one of the only places we stopped in that night that was following mask mandates for employees 100%. What a clever and unique restaurant! The owners are wonderful and the vault door adds an impressive touch to the atmosphere. The architecture is fantastic, and the margherita pizza was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures to capture the experience!
The wood-fired pizza is delightful, and there’s a wide variety of draft beers and lemonades to choose from.

Who would have thought a Lemon pizza would work. These people did. OMG it was delicious and completely unique. They also have a great draft beer selection. I highly recommend that you try the Peoples Taphouse in Silverton.
