Mcdonald's - Silverton

Came here on a Saturday morning, and I’ve never seen a McDonald this clean. No trash on the floor, cleanest trash bins and counters were very cleaned. Either I just came in a right time or this place is top notch in its cleaning!

Courtney is literally the worst manager I’ve met. She feels like she’s queen B because she’s a manager at McDonald’s??‍ We asked for a bbq sauce when we got our food and she said it was .30 we gave her the exact change and she said we had to go around again and order it from the speaker after waiting 20 min in line already and 4 cars behind us she really wouldn’t take the damn change and give us a sauce. On top of that she works fast food and has 3 inch long nails….. disgusting ?

Horrible service!! We stood in line for 15 minutes. They saw us but ignored us, and they weren’t busy at all. They were using cuss words, singing, being way to loud (there was a boy and girl flirting around with each other) and I ordered a large sweet tea, and they gave us unsweet The fries were extremely cold and hard and we ordered a medium caramel frappe and they gave us a large, and charged us for a large instead of a medium. They said the table was clean, but it had crumbs and food all over the chairs and table! Over all it was not a good experience!

Went through the drive-thru. The person in the window was not the nicest in the first window at about 5:40 pm and then my food order was incorrect and when I went inside to let them know they had two different people ask me why I was in there and I told them that my order had ketchup and I did not want ketchup then they proceeded to take a while to remake two items and then these items are also incorrect I ordered two McDoubles only mustard and onion add lettuce The first two with my original order had ketchup had them remade and these two don't have onions and the manager was very rude
