Dutch Bros Coffee - Silverton

Literally the worst Dutch I have ever been to. Was asked to park and would be told when I could pull into the line to order… well funny story, dude that said that went in and never came back to tell me so I just went into line. Then some of the teenage workers just sat outside talking and finally came when I was the next car to the window. Horrible customer service.

You're always greeted with a frendly smile mo matter witch DB you visit

The workers need to be more aware of the walk up window! Out of 3 employees one of the guys saw me then looked away quickly(almost like he didn’t want to acknowledge the window) as I was about to knock on the window the barista turned and saw me and quickly opened window and apologized! When I simply said “please don’t apologize for the other worker, he saw me and didn’t let you know.. the two guys one being mr red(fitting name) wanted to make a bigger ordeal out of the situation of why they didn’t acknowledge me etc! One reason being the window is to hard to see out of! Lmao 2nd it wasn’t him that seen me his excuses kept going on…. The female working handled situation very professionally! The other two guys not so well visited on 12/21/23

Went tonight to get simple green tea with raspberry light ice. There was a new gal named Maddie. She did great! but had questions while Mr Austin with the ego was busy talking about his weekend with some customers . She was trying to interrupt him but he kept talking to the car . this little gal was making my drink but measured wrong so another gal stepped in and told herWell that did not sit well with MrEgo.Austin got his feather ruffled and snapped at Maggie and other girl and said I am the trainer you should ask me. Well I said to him she tried but you were to busy to help and I am in a hurry. It's. Simple drink. Then he looked at me and said well it's important she make it right. I said I agree but with a BETTER TRAINER which isn't YOU! Horrible service horrible! Horrible TRAINER Attitude was Not needed. poor Maggie was already trying to hurry with cars lined up and the other Team yes team was trying to help coworker! He did Not. Disappointing behavior

Extremely slow service, great coffee but the location is awful and they are so under staffed lately. Really disappointing.
