Went for dinner last night. I ordered Oriental Chicken salad. My wife had salmon. Pre-Covid we went to another Shari's for salmon often and thought that it was good. My wife said that the salmon last night was only acceptable, but not as good as in the past. My Oriental Chicken Salad was not good. I could not finish it. The sauce was thick and not tasty. I took my family here for breakfast. The service was very slow, and the food was dry and bland. A complete waste of money.
Sharis only has one Waitress on thr floor some of the time...Very sad.They should at least have a Hostess on the floor the whole time.
The server was very friendly but the food was over cooked. The omelette did not look like an omelette and if you are reserve or retired military, they won't give you a discount.
My husband has been asking if we can stop here for months and I kept dismissing him because I felt like this place would be some low key meehhhh kind of diner with mediocre food and shady characters. Boy was I WRONG! We stopped in last week and I was blown away. Service was AMAZING!!! The food was delicious and the prices were great. I wish we would have come by sooner!
Love it or hate it, this diner is a staple of the Silverdale community. Does it always have the best food, service, or atmosphere, no, but does it always hit that craving eggs and bacon, pie, and/or steak at 10:54 pm? Yes, yes it does.
